For MacOS, in order for SAGE3’s screen sharing to work, you will also need to give SAGE3 permission to record your screen. To do this go to: System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Screen Recording, and add SAGE3 to the list of applications.
When starting SAGE3, you will be given access to three servers: Chicago, Hawaii and Development.
We recommend you choose the server closest to your location.
The Development server is an experimental server and will undergo frequent changes so we do not recommend using that server for your daily work.
Disclaimer: a minimal amount of anonymized data is sent to a server for analytics each time you start and stop your client, such that we can report utilization to our funding agencies.
